Yoga
Mountainside Yoga classes will be offered by Regina of Tri-State Yoga on Sundays at 9AM - 10PM on the Appalachian hotel green next to the pool. Sign up must be at least 2 hours prior to class start time. Hotel guests get to experience this class for only $12. See Front Desk in the Lobby at the Appalachian hotel for sign-up and details.
