The last statement made by the guest on the shopping report sums up the teams performance: "All the staff we encountered were very professional, and genuinely friendly and happy to see us. They were excellent ambassadors of this resort." We couldn't ask for more. Way to go team!!

Noelle was the sales associate on duty in MC Clothing Co. when we were mystery shopped on 12/29/07. We received a score of 90% against a target of 83% Super results. Even better, the guest wrote that Noelle was "guest movtivated" I consider that one of the best compliments a guest could give our staff. Fantastic job, Noelle!
