PAYMENT POLICIES: Full payment is required in advance for all reservations on products or services. Reservations and payments must be scheduled through the call center. Credit Card payments are processed at the time of reservation. Alternate payments cannot be used upon arrival. Reservations can not be made using cash.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Lessons may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the lesson start time. No cancellations are allowed within 48 hours prior to the start of a lesson. Lesson may be rescheduled up until 2 hours prior to the lesson start time. Any non-cancelled, non-rescheduled, or no show reservations will result in the forfeiture of all payments. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS ON SEASONAL PROGRAMS OR SEASON PASSES.
