$110 / full hour $75 / half-hour
A manipulation of muscles and tissues that aids in improved circulation and increased range of motion. Helps the body heal itself and increase health and well being.
$90 / full hour $55 / half-hour
This treatment is an effective method of applying heat to relieve pain and stiffness. A warm paraffin treatment relieves stiffness and moisturizes for healthier looking and softer skin.

For a morning warm up or as a way to cap your day outdoors, our Gym facility is equipped with treadmills, upper and lower body weight machines, stability balls, and free-hand weights. It includes his and her changing rooms and towels are provided.
AND there's no better treat than sitting mountain-side in a warm pool or hot tub. Come soak those tired muscles and let the stress float away.

It's important to keep your bike safe and secure while you stay with us. That's why we provide a bike cage in the garage of the Appalachian hotel and storage closets outside of each unit in Black Creek Sanctuary.
PLUS everyone loves a clean bike so we welcome you to use our bike wash available behind the Diablo Freeride Park building and also behind the Black Creek sign at Black Creek Sanctuary.
