A 57 passenger bus with very limited on-board overhead storage capacity will be used on this service. Undercarriage storage capacity in however available for large items such as skis. There are no lavatory facilities on the buses used on this service.

Trips operate express between New York & Willowbrook or Wayne Transit Center and Willowbrook or Wayne Transit Center & Mountain Creek. Local 194 passenger stops will not be made on this special service.

Mountain Creek: Mountain Creek West Parking Lot (P1) - West side of NJ Route 94 inside parking at NJT bus stop sign, near the Mountain Creek Administration Building (Charter Bus Lot)
Passengers will be advised to purchase tickets prior to boarding. Passengers are advised to arrive at the above departure locations at least 15 minutes in advance of departure time.

In addition, for those passengers already holding a 10-trip ticket or monthly pass for 11 interstate zones of travel or 6 intrastate zones of travel or greater, their tickets will also be accepted on this service. However, the Willowbrook or Wayne Transit Center TVM's and ticket machines WILL NOT be programmed to sell a specific #194 10-trip ticket or monthly pass for this service because of its seasonal and short term nature.

For the 2007/2008 season - there will be NO entry discounts available at Mountain Creek for NJT Customers/Staff.
Transportation of Luggage & Ski Equipment:
Passengers will be allowed to bring carry-on items on-board the bus as long as they fit in the overhead storage compartments. For larger items such as ski equipment, limited space is available in the luggage compartment underneath the bus. Passengers will require the assistance of the bus operator or station starter (at PABT only) in loading items underneath the bus.
Advanced Trip Determination (for those days :
For the 2007/2008 season, NJT PABT management staff in coordination with NJT Operations will several days in advance determine the number of trips/buses required for the service on a particular day. At a minimum, 1 AM and 1 PM trip will be operated to/from Mountain Creek. Service will operate on a first arrival, first serve basis. On those days when higher passenger volumes are expected, additional trips/buses will be ordered as appropriate. PABT staff will notify the NJT Control Center & the Wayne Garage the total number trips dispatched from New York each day. In the
PM, Wayne Garage will dispatch the corresponding number of trips/buses to Mountain Creek to accommodate returning passengers.
On those days when inclement or severe winter weather conditions are expected, the Bus Operations Control Center in conjunction with the staff at Wayne Garage will make a determination if this special service will operate. The decision will be made by 6:45 AM. Confirmation of service operation with the Chief Regional Supervisor in the Control Center is required on questionable days.
Notifications regarding service changes will then be made to the PABT Regionals, PABT Ticket Office, TIC & Mountain Creek-Guest Services.
In the event service to Mountain Creek is operated normally in the morning and the return service to Wayne Transit Center or Willowbrook & New York has to be changed due to bad weather conditions, notification with the respective departure time change will be made to: Wayne Garage, TIC, PABT & Mountain Creek-Guest Services.
