What if I have questions before I arrive?

Feel free to contact us using our Contact Page.

What if I have questions after I arrive?

Your comfort and enjoyable time spent here is of upmost importance to us. Please visit Mountain Creek Waterpark Guest Services with your questions.

What if I forgot my bathing suit, sunglasses or sunscreen?
All of these items and many more may be purchased at Tides or Monkey Trails. Both retail stores accept cash or credit cards.

I am not going to swim. Do you have a spectator rate?

Mountain Creek Waterpark is a participatory park and therefore, we do not offer a discount for those who choose not to swim.

What about my valuables?
The best thing is to leave them at home. Please don't bring them into the waterpark or leave them exposed in your car. Keyless entry car systems can become inoperable if they get wet. Lock money and keys in a locker* instead of keeping them in pockets where they may fall out in the rides. Mountain Creek Waterpark cannot be responsible for items that are lost or stolen from vehicles or from inside the waterpark.
*Lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis. Lockers are located in the boardwalk area of the park.

May I leave and re-enter the park without a charge?

You may exit the park and reenter throughout the day as long as you have your original wristband on your wrist and it has been unaltered.

Is there a Refund Policy?

Mountain Creek Waterpark has a NO REFUND POLICY. Day Tickets and Season Passes are valid all season and can be used any regular operating day.

Does Mountain Creek Waterpark offer birthday party packages?

Mountain Creek Waterpark specializes in putting on the best parties in the area. A reserved area, food, and a special rate are just the beginning. For details and reservation information, see our Birthdays page.

Does Mountain Creek Waterpark offer lockers?
Yes. We recommend that you secure your valuables in a locker. Mountain Creek Waterpark is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Lockers are available at the boardwalk for a fee.

Regular lockers are $13.00.  Five dollars are refunded when you return the key.

Large lockers are $18.00.  Five dollars are refunded when you return the key

**Lockers are available on a first come, first serve basis. Lockers are located in the boardwalk area.

Do I need footwear?
Mountain Creek Waterpark walkways, like any pavement, absorb the sun’s heat. We strongly recommend that you wear some type of secure footwear. If you did not bring proper footwear, you can purchase aqua-socks at Monkey Trails or Tides retail stores.

What may I wear at Mountain Creek Waterpark?

Mountain Creek Waterpark is a family waterpark. Appropriate, conservative swimwear only please. Swim wear is defined as an article of clothing, such as a swimsuit, that has been designed to be used in a pool environment. Swim wear should be lined and may not be transparent at any time. Revealing swim wear, thong or t-back swim wear bottoms will not be permitted. Cut off jeans, denim clothing, hard metal objects, t-shirts and shoes cannot be worn on the body contact slides. If a shirt must be worn on the slides, only spandex, lycra or rash guard shirts may be worn. No undergarments may be visible at any time. No profanity/vulgar images or language allowed. Displayed tattoos must be in good taste and not offensive to our family environment

Does Mountain Creek Waterpark provide life jackets?

Life jackets are provided free of charge on a first come, first serve basis. Sizes are available from infants through adults.

What if my party gets separated?
Establish a time and place to meet. If your kids are old enough to be on their own, make sure they check in periodically for sunscreen and drink breaks. If you do get unintentionally separated, alert any staff member.

Can I bring a picnic?
Mountain Creek Waterpark offers a wide variety of delicious foods at Mountain EATS, Fiesta Chicken and Big Bear BBQ, as well as vending carts around the waterpark. Mountain Creek Waterpark does not allow outside food or beverages into the waterpark other than individual, sealed bottles of water. For guests wishing to bring their own meals, we do provide an area in the Cobblestone Village, across the bridge from the waterpark, where guests may eat food that they bring. We do ask that guests utilize this area only while they are eating so that different groups may have use of the area. No cooking of any kind or any type of heating element such as sternos are permitted on our property.

Do you provide first aid at Mountain Creek Waterpark?

All of Mountain Creek Waterpark water safety employees are trained in CPR. We also have EMT’s on staff and on site at the park. The park has a First-Aid station for our guest's comfort and convenience.

Am I allowed to smoke in the waterpark?
Many of our guests choose not to wear footwear around the waterpark. For their safety and out of respect for those who prefer not to be exposed to smoke, we only allow smoking at the Tiki Bar inside the waterpark.

Do I need to bring cash or do you accept debit & credit cards?
We do not accept debit cards at any of our points of purchase, unless your debit card has a Visa or MasterCard logo. There are ATMs located near admissions and also in the park near Mountain EATS. Be sure to carry your ID with you if you plan to use your Credit Card. For your protection and due to the high number of credit card and identity issues today, Mountain Creek Waterpark requires that a valid ID be presented at the time of any credit card transaction.

How much is parking?

There is a $5 parking fee per vehicle for parking.  There is also preferred parking for $20 or $30 depending on the location.  If you are a season passholder, season pass parking is only $24.99.
