PAL Fundraiser

For the past seven years, Mountain Creek and the Vernon PAL have joined forces to help fund youth and family programs though an annual Season Pass sale, raising over $100,000 to date.  This year, the goal is to raise $50,000 in support of the many PAL programs for Vernon youth.

 

Mountain Creek and the Vernon PAL are pleased to offer the local community reduced prices on their 2007/2008 Season Passes through this fundraiser, which will be held at the PAL building on Church Street during the following times:

  • Tuesday, October 16 from 6:00pm-8:30pm
  • Wednesday, October 24 from 6:00pm-8:30pm
  • Saturday, October 27 from 9:30am-12:30pm

Individual Season Pass pricing during the PAL sale is as follows:

  • 5x7 Pass– provides lift access from open to close, Monday – Friday, and twilight hours only on Saturday and Sunday.
    • $199 for Adults (19-64)
    • $179 for Youth (7-18)
  • 7x7 Pass – provides lift access daily (Sunday-Saturday) from open to close.
    • Renewal Rate:  $349 for Adults / $299 for Youth
    • New Purchaser Rate:  $399 for Adults / $349 for Youth

Additionally, students can sign up for the after-school PAL Ski & Snowboard Club during this event.  This six-week program is open to children in grades 3 through 12, and includes bus transportation from township schools to Mountain Creek and six lessons (Mondays – Lounsberry Hollow & High School, Tuesdays – Cedar Mountain & Rolling Hills, Wednesdays – Glen Meadow).  The Vernon PAL has the largest after-school ski program among any group at Mountain Creek with close to 500 local children ages 8 – 18 participating each winter.

Pricing for the 2008 PAL Ski/Snowboard Club is as follows:

  • 5x7 Pass – provides lift access from open to close, Monday – Friday, and twilight hours only on Saturday and Sunday for $199 (including 6 lessons on club day only and transportation)
  • 7x7 Pass – provides lift access daily (Sunday-Saturday) from open to close for $319 (including 6 lessons on club day only and transportation)
