HOW AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MY 2016/2017 SEASON PASS?
Season Passes are available for purchase online or by calling 973-827-2000.
Season Passes will be available for on-site purchase and pickup at Guest Services, located in the South Lodge, starting October 8th, 2016 Monday - Friday, 12pm-6pm and Saturday & Sunday, 9am-3pm.
AFTER I PURCHASE MY PASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
You'll need to complete the following two steps:
- Sign Your Liability Release Waiver
- Upload Your Photo

WILL MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?
Yes, we will be mailing passes on a daily basis. Passes will be mailed in the order in which they are received. Please allow two weeks from date of purchase for processing and delivery. We will only mail season passes which have completed waivers and photos associated with them. If you have not completed your waiver or provided a photo, your season pass will not be mailed to you. After December 24 all passes must be picked up in person or Guest Services.
** HINT - Avoid busy pickup times like weekend mornings on opening day. If possible, try to pick up your Pass on a weeknight so that your first day is spent sliding snow, not standing in line.
WHEN IS THE GUEST SERVICES DESK OPEN?
Guest Service will temporarily be run out of The Showroom at South Lodge for pass purchases only.
Guest Services Office will opening starting Oct 8th through Oct 30th, weekends only, 9am - 3pm in The Showroom at South Lodge.
Full office hours will begin Nov 1st through Opening Day, Monday - Friday 12:00pm to 6:00pm. Saturday-Sunday 9am-3pm. Guest Services desk is located in the main lobby of South Lodge.
Guest Services is open during resort operating hours starting opening day through the close of the winter season. All hours are subject to change
IS THERE A SEASON PASS FOR CHILDREN 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER?
Yes there is - and it's free with your purchase of an adult season pass! These passes are available at Guest Services and can only be issued in person with both parent and child present. Any new applicants need to show proof of age in the form of a birth certificate or passport. Tot Passes are only valid for the season they are issued in.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR COLLEGE PASS PRICING?
Any full-time undergraduate college student with proof of ID and a minimum of 12 credits for the current semester is eligible for college pricing. Proof of eligibility must be shown at the time of pass pick up and passes must be picked up in person at Guest Services.
WHAT BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED WITH MY SEASON PASS?
There are quite a few exclusive benefits for Season Passholders ONLY! You can see a list of our season pass benefits here. Please note your season pass does not include any parking privileges.
WHEN DOES MY SEASON PASS EXPIRE?
All winter 2016/2017 season passes are valid through April 1,2017. In the event that the winter season extends beyond April 1, 16/17 season passes will expire at the close of the resort on the last day that we are officially open for the winter season.
CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY SEASON PASS?
Season passes are non-transferable under any circumstances. Sorry, no exceptions.
CAN MY SEASON PASS BE REVOKED?
Yes. Your season pass is the property of Mountain Creek. If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a passholder exhibits improper, endangering or illegal behavior, the pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the pass will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense at the discretion of the resort staff.
WHAT ARE THE MOUNTAIN CREEK AGE CATEGORIES FOR SEASONS PASSES?
Youth are defined as ages 7 through 18, ADULTS as 19-64, and Senior 65-71. Skiers and riders age 72 and up receive a free season pass.
WHAT IS THE REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SEASON PASSES?

A NO REFUND policy is in effect once the Season Pass has been purchased. Mountain Creek may, at its discretion, approve a credit towards a Season Pass for the next winter season or in some cases allow for a monetary refund (credit card or check ONLY). Reasons to request a credit are limited to: any debilitating injury or illness that prevents participation in the sport of skiing/riding; relocation/transfer due to employment more than 100 miles from Mountain Creek.
A written letter must be mailed or delivered to Guest Services (to the attention of the Guest Services Manager) by the Passholder stating their reason for a request for credit on or before March 1. In cases where the Passholder has sustained injuries or illness, a physician's letter describing the ailment and length of time the Passholder is unable to participate must accompany the request. Only an injury or illness that prevents the Passholder from participating will be considered for credit. Credit will not be issued for injuries or illnesses sustained after February 15 of the current season. In the event of employment or education related relocation, a letter from your employer (on company stationery) or educational institution stating the new location and effective date is required; along with a person we may contact in the event we need to further verify the relocation. A request will not be considered complete until all supporting documentation and the season pass has been submitted.
An awarded credit amount is valid only for the following winter season and cannot be extended beyond that season.
A request for transfer of a pass to a family member or friend will be considered with a proper 'Request for Transfer' written in the same fashion as a 'Request for Credit or Refund', along with paperwork from a physician, employer or educational institution.
In cases of credits for medical reasons, credits will only be issued to the person who sustained the injury or illness. Credits will not be extended to family members or friends.
Passholders who are granted a credit will have the credit amount pro-rated based upon the date their letter of request for credit/refund is received by Guest Services and/or the GS Manager. Requests for credit must be submitted by March 1 in order to receive consideration for a credit to be issued. Credits will not be issued for injuries, illnesses or transfers sustained after February 15.
Triple Play Cancellation Policy:
Triple Play Cards are not refundable for any reason. Credit will not be extended to subsequent winter seasons.
Unused days left on the Triple Play card are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are void after the winter season the card was sold in.
