Season Pass FAQ's

[1] HOW AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MY WINTER 08/09 SEASON PASS?

Our season passes are now available for purchase online. The easiest way to purchase is online through our secure online store!

 

[2] AFTER I PURCHASE MY PASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

There are two items that are required to complete  the processing of your Season Pass;  A signed Liability Release Waiver and your photo.  You can complete the waiver online or it can be downloaded here. Please complete the entire waiver and mail it to Mountain Creek, 200 Route 94, Vernon, NJ. 07462 or Fax (973) 864-8208. You can also bring this signed waiver with you if you choose to pick up your pass in person.  If you had a Mountain Creek Season Pass in the past, we will use that photo unless you choose to update your file on-line.  **If you need a new photo, you can use our custom online photo upload tool to center, crop and upload your own digital photo for your season pass.  You may also complete the waiver electronically in the process of uploading your photo.  This program is available here.

 

[3] HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?

[4] WILL MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?

Yes - starting November 1st through December 1st Guest Services will mail passes on a daily basis. Please allow 2 weeks from date of purchase for processing and delivery.  We will mail all season passes with completed waivers and photos. After December 1st all passes must be picked up in person at Guest Services (Vernon Base). HINT - avoid busy pickup times, like weekend mornings on Opening Day.  Try to pick up your pass on a weeknight if possible so that your first day is spent on snow, not on line.

 

[5] GUEST SERVICES HOURS?

Guest Service Hours 2009:
Oct. 1st - Oct. 31st Monday – Friday 9-5

Nov. 3rd - Nov. 30th 7 days a week 9-5

Dec. 1st - Mar. 16th All resort operating hours

 


 

[6] IS THERE A SEASON PASS FOR CHILDREN 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER?

Yes there is - And it's FREE with your purchase of a season pass!  These passes are available at Guest Services and can only be issued in person with both parent and child present.  Any new applicants need to show proof of age- copy of a birth certificate or passport.

 

[7] WHAT BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED  WITH MY SEASON PASS?

Glad you asked! There are quite a few benefits for Season Pass holders ONLY!  You can see a list of our 2008/2009 season pass benefits here. Please note, your season pass does not include any Parking privileges.

 

[8] WHEN DOES MY SEASON PASS EXPIRE?

All winter 08/09 Season Passes are valid through April 1, 2009. In the event that the 08/09 winter season extends beyond April 1, 2009, all 08/09 season passes will expire at the close of the resort on the last day that we are officially open for the winter season.

 

[9] CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY SEASON PASS?

No, season passes are not transferable under any circumstances.  Even look-alike twins need their own. 

[10] CAN MY SEASON PASS BE REVOKED?

Yes. Your Season Pass is the property of Mountain Creek.  If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a passholder  exhibits of improper, endangering or illegal behavior, the Pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the Pass will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense and at the discretion of the resort staff.  Basically, behave and there's no worries.

 

[11] DOES A SEASON PASS INCLUDE SNOW TUBING?

Season Pass holders qualify for 50% discount on a midweek snow tubing session. Maximum one ticket per pass holder. Snow Tubing has limited availability, capacity, and advanced reservations are required. Check out our benefits page.

 

[12] WHAT ARE THE HOLIDAY PERIODS?

Any day on snow is a holiday from the real world.  For the purpose of pricing and restrictions, Mountain Creek defines the following dates as Holiday Periods:

  • Thursday, December 25, 2008 through Thursday, January 1, 2009
  • Monday, January 19, 2009
  • Monday, February 16, 2009 through Sunday, February 22, 2009.

     

    [14]  WHAT ARE THE MOUNTAIN CREEK AGE CATEGORIES?

    YOUTH are defined as ages 7 through 18, ADULTS as 19 & up.  Skiers and riders age 80 and up receive a Free Season Pass…bless you, we should be so lucky.


     

    ****Mountain Creek Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season. Passes that have been issued may be eligible for an extension of credit only for valid documented medical reasons which would prevent the passholder from skiing/riding for the remainder of the season. Passes must not have been used after the initial onset of symptoms in order to be eligible. There will be no extensions of credit for medical reasons that arise after February 15 2009. Requests for credit must be submitted by March 31, 2009.
