 [1] HOW AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MY WINTER 09/10 SEASON PASS?

[2] AFTER I PURCHASE MY PASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?

There are two items that are required to complete  the processing of your Season Pass;  A signed Liability Release Waiver and your photo.  You can complete the waiver online or it can be downloaded here. Please complete the entire waiver and mail it to Mountain Creek, 200 Route 94, Vernon, NJ. 07462 or Fax (973) 864-8208. You can also bring this signed waiver with you if you choose to pick up your pass in person.  If you had a Mountain Creek Season Pass in the past, we will use that photo unless you choose to update your file on-line.  **If you need a new photo, you can use our custom online photo upload tool to center, crop and upload your own digital photo for your season pass.  You may also complete the waiver electronically in the process of uploading your photo.  This program is available here.

 

[3] HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?

We've built a custom online photo upload tool to allow you to center, crop and upload your own digital photo for your season pass. This program is available here.

 

[4] WILL MY SEASON PASS BE MAILED TO ME?

Yes - starting November 1st through December 1st Guest Services will mail passes on a daily basis. Please allow 2 weeks from date of purchase for processing and delivery.  We will mail all season passes with completed waivers and photos. After December 1st all passes must be picked up in person at Guest Services (Vernon Base). HINT - avoid busy pickup times, like weekend mornings on Opening Day.  Try to pick up your pass on a weeknight if possible so that your first day is spent on snow, not on line.

If you purchased one of our new Recycle passes this season, your existing pass card will be valid at the lift once you complete a 2009/10 waiver. Recycle pass will not be mailed.

 
[5] WHEN IS THE GUEST SERVICES DESK OPEN?

Guest Service Hours:

Oct. 31st through Opening Day: Monday - Friday 12:00 to 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 9 to 3:00 pm.

Opening Day through Close of the season Guest Services will be open all resort operating hours.


 

[6] IS THERE A SEASON PASS FOR CHILDREN 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER?

Yes there is - And it's FREE with your purchase of a season pass!  These passes are available at Guest Services and can only be issued in person with both parent and child present.  Any new applicants need to show proof of age in the form of a birth certificate or passport.

 

[7] WHAT BENEFITS ARE INCLUDED  WITH MY SEASON PASS?

Glad you asked! There are quite a few benefits for Season Pass holders ONLY!  You can see a list of our 2009/2010 season pass benefits here. Please note, your season pass does not include any Parking privileges.

 

[8] WHEN DOES MY SEASON PASS EXPIRE?

All winter 09/10 Season Passes are valid through April 1, 2010. In the event that the 09/10 winter season extends beyond April 1, 2010, all 09/10 season passes will expire at the close of the resort on the last day that we are officially open for the winter season.

 

[9] CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY SEASON PASS?

No, season passes are not transferable under any circumstances.  Even look-alikes and twins need their own. 

[10] CAN MY SEASON PASS BE REVOKED?

Yes. Your Season Pass is the property of Mountain Creek.  If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a passholder  exhibits of improper, endangering or illegal behavior, the Pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the Pass will be revoked for a specific period of time up to and including the remainder of the season, dependent upon the nature of the offense and at the discretion of the resort staff.  Basically, behave and there's no worries.

 

[11] DOES A SEASON PASS INCLUDE SNOW TUBING OR LESSONS?

Season Pass holders qualify for discounts on Snowtubing and Lessons, along with other benefits. Check out our benefits page.

 

[12]  WHAT ARE THE MOUNTAIN CREEK AGE CATEGORIES FOR SEASONS PASSES?

YOUTH are defined as ages 7 through 18, ADULTS as 19 & up.  Skiers and riders age 80 and up receive a Free Season Pass…bless you, we should be so lucky.
