Spring Pass FAQ's

We try to keep things as simple as possible, but we know you're bound to have a few questions.  Chances are, you'll find the answer to those questions on this page! Don't see the answer to your question? Email us!


[1] WHAT EXACTLY DOES SPRING PASS MEAN?  CAN I USE THIS PASS IN THE SPRING ONLY?  WHEN DOES MY PASS EXPIRE?
Your Spring Pass is good for FREE skiing and riding for the remainder of the 09-10 season starting Feb. 17th AND all of next season 2010-11, valid through April 1,2011 or the last operating day of the Spring 2011 season.

[2]  WHAT ARE THE MOUNTAIN CREEK AGE CATEGORIES?
YOUTH Season Passes are defined as ages 7 through 18, ADULTS as 19 & up.  Skiers and riders age 80 and up receive a Free Season Pass…bless you, we should be so lucky.


[3] IS THERE A SEASON PASS FOR CHILDREN 6 YEARS OLD AND UNDER?
Yes there is - And it's FREE with your purchase of a season pass!  These passes are available at Guest Services and can only be issued in person with both parent and child present.  Any new applicants need to show proof of age – i.e, a copy of birth certificate or passport.


[4] CAN OTHER PEOPLE USE MY SEASON PASS?
No, season passes are not transferable under any circumstances.  Even look-alike twins need their own.


[5] HOW AND WHEN CAN I PURCHASE MY WINTER 10/11 SEASON PASS?
Spring Passes 2010 are good for the remainder of this season (09/10) and for ALL of next season (10/11). The Spring Season Pass is now available and the easiest way to purchase is online through our secure online store.!   You can also purchase in person at Guest Services the next time you visit!


[6] AFTER I PURCHASE MY PASS, WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
There are two items that are required to complete  the processing of your Season Pass;  A signed Liability Release Waiver and your photo.  You can do this when you visit us next by stopping in at Guest Services. You can also complete the waiver online or it can be downloaded here. If you choose to print a hard copy, please complete the entire waiver and mail it to Mountain Creek, 200 Route 94, Vernon, NJ. 07462 or Fax (973) 864-8208.

If you had a Mountain Creek Season Pass in the past, we will use your existing photo on file unless you choose to update your file on-line or when you visit.  **If you need a new photo, you can use our custom online photo upload tool to center, crop and upload your own digital photo for your season pass.  You may also complete the waiver electronically in the process of uploading your photo.  This program is available here.


[7] HOW DO I UPLOAD MY PHOTO?

[8] HOW & WHEN CAN I PICK UP MY PASS?
Spring Passes will be available for pickup at Vernon Guest Services starting February 1st.

If you have purchased a "Recycle Pass", your 2009/10 pass will be valid at the lift next season, once you complete a 2010-11 waiver.

Current 2009-10 5x7 Pass Holders who chose to purchase an All Access Pass during our Spring Pass Sale will need to bring their 5x7 to Guest Services to exchange for your NEW All Access Pass. Guest Services will remain open April 2nd.


[9] HEAR PASSHOLDERS. GET FREE STUFF AND DISCOUNTS?
YES, and check this out: If you buy a pass this Spring not only can you ski and ride starting as early as February 17th, you also get a FREE Mountain Creek Water Park ticket plus discounts on food, retail, tuning services, lessons, snowtubing and lodging.


[10] WHAT OTHER VALUES DO I GET AS A MOUNTAIN CREEK SEASON PASS HOLDER?
We're always looking for more benefits for you.  Any NEW benefits will be announced in the Fall of 2010.
 
 

[11] CAN MY SEASON PASS BE REVOKED?
Yes. Your Season Pass is the property of Mountain Creek.  If any Mountain Creek staff determines that a passholder  exhibits improper, endangering or illegal behavior, the Pass and all privileges and benefits associated with the Pass will be revoked for a specific period of time, up to and including the remainder of the season, depending upon the nature of the offense and at the discretion of the resort staff.  Basically, behave and there's no worries.

 

 

****Mountain Creek Season Passes are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or season. Passes that have been issued may be eligible for an extension of credit only for valid documented medical reasons which would prevent the passholder from skiing/riding for the remainder of the season. Passes must not have been used after the initial onset of symptoms in order to be eligible. With a Mountain Creek Spring Pass, there will be no extensions of credit for medical reasons that arise during the 09-10 season.  During the 10-11 season; there will be no extensions for issues that arise after February 15th 2011, Requests for credit must be submitted by the close of the current season.
