Our Intermediate Women’s Progression Camp builds on the fundamental mountain bike skills that you have or have acquired through the Beginner Camp. These skills will help give you more confidence and more fun as you take your bike riding to more challenging terrain and features. These skills include:
- Review of fundamentals
- Getting over obstacles
- Front wheel lifts
- Rear wheel lifts
- Manuals and Bunny Hops
- Introduction to roll downs and drops
- Introduction to jumping

Rate: $149.00 – Full Day
Includes lift access, does not include bike rental. Equipment rental available at Bike Shop with a 20% discount on a first come, first serve basis.
Please note: beginner riders must be comfortable riding a mountain bike off of paved surfaces and be able to use hand brakes with confidence. They also need to be able to stand on their pedals while coasting.
Bikes need to have front and rear handbrakes – no coaster brakes allowed. Advanced Reservations are Required. Helmets required for all participants. Knee & elbow protective equipment recommended. Rental Bikes are available at a discount for campers. Complimentary protective equipment included with all bike rentals.
Please note: Beginner riders must be able to stand on their pedals while coasting.
