  • Graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in 1999, first in his class with high honors
  • Got a BA in Hospitality Administration from Boston University in 1997
  • Worked in Restaurants in Boston, Nantucket and New Jersey including Jared Coffin House in Nantucket, Stephanie’s on Newbury Street in Boston and Rosemary and Sage in Riverdale, NJ
  • Worked in Executive Dining Rooms in New York City
    • Catered parties for Vogue, Lucky Magazine, Teen People
    • Cooked for Celebrities, Dignitaries and Heads of Industry
    • Five Fortune 500 companies including Condé Nast, Time Inc., and Duetche Bank
  • Moved to Corporate Cafeterias
    • Ran Kitchens in Fortune 500 Companies such as Merrill Lynch, Johnson and Johnson, Time Inc.
    • Cooked for as many as 2000 people daily
  • Opened Behind the Cuisine in 2001
  • Catered Dinner Parties in many houses in Northern New Jersey, New York and Connecticut
  • Opened 9North Restaurant in Wayne NJ in 2008
