- Worked in Executive Dining Rooms in New York City
- Catered parties for Vogue, Lucky Magazine, Teen People
- Cooked for Celebrities, Dignitaries and Heads of Industry
- Five Fortune 500 companies including Condé Nast, Time Inc., and Duetche Bank
- Moved to Corporate Cafeterias
- Ran Kitchens in Fortune 500 Companies such as Merrill Lynch, Johnson and Johnson, Time Inc.
- Cooked for as many as 2000 people daily
- Opened Behind the Cuisine in 2001
