Home of New Jersey Ski Racing

Mountain Creek is the premier racing facility in New Jersey. We are home to the Special Olympics of New Jersey, the center for New Jersey High School Racing, and the largest venue for US Ski & Snowboard racing in the region.  We hold true values by instilling confidence, courage, character, and commitment to becoming the best you can. 

The mission of Mountain Creek Racing is to provide athletes with the best opportunity to reach their athletic and competitive potential, all in a fun and supportive environment.  We help our athletes achieve their goals through a combination of coaching excellence, team spirit, sportsmanship and camaraderie.

We have numerous programs available for alpine skiers of all ages and abilities.

Race Program Requirements:

Mountain Creek Ski Racing Team participants:

  • Must be able to ski Intermediate (blue square) terrain and ride a chairlift independently. 

  • Are responsible for their own clothing, equipment and passes.

  • Are responsible for registering for races on skiracingadmin.com

  • Are respectful of teammates, coaches, parents and the Mountain.

Race Program Training Schedules:

USSS (US Ski and Snowboard Association) and YSL (Youth Ski League) Programs run on a 13 week program: 

  • Dates: 12/14/19 (weather permitting) – 3/8/20

Race Program Training Curriculum:

Our Alpine Development Program is aligned with the US Ski & Snowboard curriculum which both follow the philosophy that to be a great ski racer, athletes must first be great skiers.

Our Youth Ski League Program is aligned with SkillsQuest which is the US Ski & Snowboard’s curriculum for defining and developing fundamental skiing skills.
